Custom and Personalized Orders

Order Processing and Shipping

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside of our control are not the responsibility of Savage Creek Signs.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

In general, eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
